Oh goodness! The thing about being a blogger is that you prep for the Holidays way in advance so you are ready with the material when the time hits. Bless that sweet man that went and dug fresh cranberries out of the back of the warehouse for me on Saturday! I worked really hard on developing allergen-free Thanksgiving recipes all weekend, and now I am all ready to start listening to Christmas music and put up the tree. It’s like once you’ve had turkey, dressing, cranberry sauce, and pumpkin pie your brain goes to Christmas. Apparently, this works even if you do it in October!
Here are a couple pictures of our mock Thanksgiving:
Gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, soy-free, swoon-worthy apple cake.
Took three stores to find a fresh turkey!
Maple Glazed Sweet Potatoes. Oh, and P.S. this is the ONLY recipe with nuts and it comes with a delicious adaption if you can’t you do nuts.

Annnd because I am already in the Holiday spirit I decided to give you guys a freebie today. Here’s my Thanksgiving place card. It will print 3 to a card. I recommend printing on card stock. In fact, I typically just e-mail them to my local office supply store ask them to print in color and on card stock. If I am pressed for time, I have them cut it as well!
